Team leader on two USAID-funded missions that included a) The evaluation of the LIFE (Living in a Finite Environment) project support community based wildlife management at the time of the creation of the first conservancies; b) An assessment of all community-based natural resource management initiatives in Namibia; Identification of programming options for follow-on USAID programming, and; d) assistance to USAID on the development of the program options that they selected. 1998
